Humanitarian Art Manifesto is a declaration of an international artists' group who are committed to the promotion of human rights and peace. They launch themselves once a year through simultaneous artistic events in different parts of the world.

Humanitarian Art Manifesto was first written in 2004 and launched internationally by artists in 10 countries during the months of September and October 2004. By September/October 2005, more artists joint and the second international launch was held in 15 countries. In 2006 the number of artists increased to 20 countries, and the international launch was held again during September and October 2006. In 2007, the forth international launch is due in September and October and the artists are now in 22 countries.
